Dina Meyer was raised and born at Forest Hills Queens New York. Before she finished the junior high school, she moved from Queens into Dix Hills Long Island. Her brothers include Gregory the elder brother of her and Evan. When she was nine up to 16, she started working in the industry of entertainment through modeling. Ron Stetson trained her in the techniques used by Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. This took about three years. Others who have received this training are Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton, and many others. Her role was in Beverly Hills in 90210, but had relocate to Los Angeles to take the lead role. After landing the lead role on Johnny Mnemonic where she did most of the stunts on her own, she proved her self as an actor who is physically fit. She was also represented by Matt LeBlanc, so through her talent agent, she was able to land a regular role in the show Friends.
